Processing & Production
• Every garment is cut to order in Las Vegas. Please allow 2–5 business days for standard orders to be made before shipping.
• Custom silhouettes or heavily embellished looks may require up to 7 business days. We’ll email you within 24 hours if your order needs extra time.
U.S. Shipping Options
• Standard (UPS Ground/USPS Priority): 3–5 business days once shipped.
• Expedited (2-Day) & Overnight: Available at checkout; production timelines still apply.
• Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on weight, destination, and service level. Vie Sauvage LV is located inside Planet Hollywood Resort · Miracle Mile Shops · Las Vegas, NV 89109.
International & EU Orders
• We ship worldwide via DHL Express. Transit averages 3–7 business days after dispatch.
• Duties, VAT, and import taxes are determined by your customs office and are the buyer’s responsibility. Refusing a delivery does not guarantee a refund of shipping or customs fees.
• EU shoppers: you have a 14-day right of withdrawal per EU Consumer Rights Directive. See our Returns Policy for details.
Tracking & Delivery
• You’ll receive a tracking link the moment your label prints.
• Please verify your shipping address at checkout; we can’t reroute packages once they leave the boutique.
• Vie Sauvage is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, customs processing, or incomplete addresses, but we’ll assist with any claims.
Lost or Damaged Packages
• Report missing or damaged items within 48 hours of the carrier showing “delivered.” Keep all packaging and photos so we can file a claim.
• Signature-on-delivery is available upon request; add a note at checkout or email us within one hour of placing your order.
Local Pickup & Same-Day Couriers (Las Vegas)
• Complimentary in-boutique pickup is available daily from 10am–9pm with 24 hours’ notice.
• Same-day hotel delivery on the Strip can be arranged for a fee; email us to coordinate.
