Every Vie Sauvage piece is cut to order. Orders ship within 2 business days. Delivery time is additional and depends on the shipping method selected at checkout. Tracking is provided after shipment.

Shipping

• U.S. Standard: $15 flat rate (free over $250), 3–5 business days via USPS Priority or UPS Ground.

• U.S. Expedited: $45, 2 business days.

• International: $65 DHL/UPS Worldwide, 5–10 business days.

Returns & Exchanges

Online purchases may be submitted for exchange or store credit within 14 calendar days after confirmed delivery.

Items must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, with original tags attached and no signs of wear.

Sale, Final Sale, custom-sized, made-to-measure, altered, personalized, customer-modified, and specially customized merchandise is final sale.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for standard return shipping unless Vie Sauvage shipped an incorrect, damaged, or defective item.

Care Instructions for Polyester Fabric with Hand-Sewn Crystal Trim (Metal Settings)

We recommend Dry cleaning all of our garments, but you also can hand wash them if you choose to do so, here are our recommendations:

 Hand Wash Instructions:

1. Fill a basin with cold water and add a small amount of mild detergent.

2. Gently submerge the garment and lightly agitate the water with your hands. Avoid excessive rubbing or wringing.

3. Focus on cleaning the fabric while taking care not to put excessive stress on the hand-sewn crystal trim.

4. Rinse thoroughly with cold water until all detergent is removed.

Drying Instructions:

1. Do not wring the garment. Instead, gently press out excess water.

2. Lay the garment flat on a clean, absorbent towel and roll it up to remove additional moisture.

3. For areas with crystal trim, use a damp towel to carefully wipe the crystals and their metal settings.

4. Lay flat on a dry towel and reshape as needed. Allow to air dry away from direct heat and sunlight.

Dry Cleaning:

* Dry clean safe this garment can be professionally dry cleaned without damage to the hand-sewn crystal trim.

* Since the crystals are not heat-transferred but hand-sewn, they will remain secure during dry cleaning.

Additional Care Tips:

* Avoid excessive exposure to water or chemicals on the crystal trim to prevent tarnishing of the metal settings.

* Do not use bleach, fabric softeners, or harsh detergents.

* Store the garment in a breathable garment bag to protect delicate details.
