Refund policy
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
In-store purchases
You may request an exchange or store credit within 14 calendar days of the purchase date.
Online purchases
You may request an exchange or store credit within 14 calendar days after the carrier confirms delivery.
For non-EU change-of-mind returns, we offer exchanges or store credit only. We do not issue cash refunds or refunds to the original payment method.
These general exchange, store-credit, eligibility, and shipping terms apply to non-EU change-of-mind returns. They do not limit the EU statutory withdrawal right or other mandatory consumer rights described below.
ELIGIBILITY
Merchandise must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, with the original tags attached and no signs of wear. Proof of purchase or the online order number is required.
FINAL SALE
Sale items and merchandise specifically marked Final Sale are final sale.
Custom-sized, made-to-measure, altered, personalized, or customer-modified garments may be final sale where applicable law permits. For EU orders, qualifying goods made to the customer’s specifications or clearly personalized may fall within the statutory withdrawal exception. A modification is not automatically excluded merely because a customer requested it.
SHIPPING
For standard non-EU returns, original shipping charges are non-refundable. For a qualifying EU withdrawal, Vie Sauvage will reimburse the least expensive standard delivery charge offered at checkout; any premium or expedited upgrade is not refundable.
For standard returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping. Vie Sauvage pays return shipping only when we shipped the wrong item or the item is confirmed damaged or defective.
HOW TO REQUEST A NON-EU EXCHANGE OR STORE CREDIT
Email info.viesauvage@gmail.com with your order number, the item or items involved, and the reason for the request.
Do not ship anything back before your request is approved and return instructions are provided.
Returned merchandise is inspected upon receipt. Approved outcomes are an exchange, when available, or Vie Sauvage store credit.
EU ONLINE ORDERS: STATUTORY RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
For standard, non-personalized merchandise purchased online and delivered to a consumer in the European Union, you may withdraw from your purchase without giving a reason within 14 calendar days after you, or a person you designate other than the carrier, receive the goods. If an order is delivered in separate shipments, the period begins when you receive the final item.
To exercise this right, email info.viesauvage@gmail.com within the withdrawal period with your order number and either a clear statement that you are withdrawing under the EU right of withdrawal or the model withdrawal form below. You may also use another clear written method identifying the order and your decision to withdraw. No specific wording is required.
After notifying us, send the goods back within 14 calendar days. We will provide return instructions. You are responsible for the direct cost of return shipping for a change-of-mind withdrawal only where that responsibility was disclosed before purchase. You are not responsible for return costs where the goods are defective, damaged, incorrect, misdescribed, or otherwise not in conformity with the order.
For a valid EU withdrawal, Vie Sauvage will reimburse the payments received, including the least expensive standard delivery charge offered at checkout. Any extra amount paid for expedited or premium delivery is not refundable. Reimbursement will be made to the original payment method unless you expressly agree otherwise.
We will issue reimbursement without undue delay and, in any event, no later than 14 calendar days after we receive your withdrawal notice. We may withhold reimbursement until we receive the returned goods or you provide evidence that they were sent back, whichever occurs first.
Please handle the goods only as much as necessary to inspect their nature, characteristics, and functioning. You may be responsible for diminished value caused by handling beyond what would be allowed in a shop. Tags and original packaging should be returned where reasonably possible, but they are not an absolute condition of exercising the statutory withdrawal right.

DEFECTIVE, DAMAGED, INCORRECT, MISDESCRIBED, OR NON-CONFORMING GOODS
This section is separate from the EU change-of-mind withdrawal right. If goods are defective, damaged, incorrect, misdescribed, or otherwise not in conformity with the contract, contact info.viesauvage@gmail.com. These situations are governed by applicable statutory consumer rights, which may include repair, replacement, price reduction, refund, or another remedy required by applicable law.
Nothing in this policy limits or excludes those mandatory statutory rights.
GOODS MADE TO THE CUSTOMER’S SPECIFICATIONS OR CLEARLY PERSONALIZED
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the EU right of withdrawal may not apply to goods made to the customer’s specifications or clearly personalized.
Depending on the facts, qualifying customer-specific modifications may include genuine made-to-measure sizing, a customer-requested alteration, or a customer-specific color, print, fabric, or design modification that is not part of the standard options offered on the product page.
A modification is not automatically excluded merely because a customer requested it. The exception depends on whether the finished goods are actually made to the customer’s specifications or clearly personalized under applicable law.
A standard Vie Sauvage garment is not excluded merely because it is cut to order, produced after the order is placed, or selected from standard sizes, colors, prints, fabrics, or designs offered on the product page.
This exception does not limit mandatory statutory rights for goods that are defective, damaged, incorrect, misdescribed, or otherwise not in conformity with the contract.
